Provision of professional architectural services to support the digitization of the MHMP The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the ongoing provision of technical and related professional services for the purpose of Digitizing the MHMP within the framework of the MHMP architectural office, which fulfills the role of a central methodical, coordinating and consulting workplace for all architectural areas in the MHMP environment. a. Ensuring the Digitalization of MHMP processes. b. Ensuring the continuity of the professional services provided (staffing) v areas of business, application, technology (including infrastructure), security and solution architecture c. Professional and methodical support of competence center workers a. Consultation and training in the field of architectural methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate, etc.) b. Support project and agile ICT management c. Cooperation in the planning, design and approval of ICT system solutions and technological solutions d.Continuous revision and development of existing methodologies of MHMP architectural practice (incl. EA, cloud and agile architectures, etc.) in in connection with the development of the TOGAF framework and in accordance with the requirements of OHA ICRC. e.Continuous maintenance and development of the central repository and EA model (hereafter EAR) a.
