1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility traveling by air from/to the Warsaw/Modlin airport, hereinafter referred to as PRM services.
2. Providing services for disabled people and people with disabilities persons with reduced mobility (PRM) traveling by air from/to Warsaw/Modlin Airport will be in accordance with the requirements contained in:
1) Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 05/07/2006. The contractor is not obliged to perform the duties assigned in Regulation 1107/2006 strictly to the Airport Managing Authority or other entities, including: recital 5, sentence 2, recital 9, recital 11 of the preamble and Art. 5, art. 8 section 3-6, art. 9 section 4 and 5 of Regulation 1107/2006,
2) Code of Good Conduct and Quality Standards for Serving Disabled Persons and People on Limited Mobility for Travelers by Air (Appendix No. 14 to SWZ),
3)Document 30, Part I, Section 5, with annexes, of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC),
4) contract with the Contractor, the template of which is Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
