Tenders are invited for Provision of Print Management Solution.

MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified companies to express their interest in tendering for the provision of print management solution at three MTR administration buildings. Scope of Services includes the provision of:-
?

· All multi-function printing devices for the use in three MTR administration buildings
· Facilities management services for Central Print Room and Scan Room
· Centralized print management system for user authentication, reporting, monitoring and maintenance support
· Change management for transition

The prequalification process for the tender will take place in August 2018 and tenders will be invited in September 2018.

In order to be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest in writing to the Procurement & Contracts Department by fax no. (852) 2993 7775 or email to kkmkwong@mtr.com.hk on or before 20 August 2018.

A “Supplier Pre-qualification Questionnaire” will be issued to all interested companies, who will be required to complete and return the Questionnaire before 2:00 pm on 27 August 2018. Only qualified suppliers will be invited to tender.

You should not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for this Contract independently if you intend to act as a supplier, sub-contractor or sub-consultant for another company who will apply for the prequalification, or if you are a partner of a joint venture established to seek prequalification for this Contract.

Companies having linkage to each other, e.g. subsidiaries, holding or sister companies, shall not apply for prequalification as a tenderer for the same Contract, whether on their own or as a partner of a joint venture. “Sister companies” shall mean all companies which are subsidiaries of or otherwise belonging to the same holding company. The existence of a holding-subsidiary relationship shall be determined in accordance with the provisions in Sections 13 to 15 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. Companies having linkage to each other shall determine which company will apply for the prequalification.
