Expression of Interests are invited for Provision of Preventive Maintenance of Oxygen System.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
1.0 The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to solicit proposals for the
preventive maintenance of one (1) POGS 33 C, 33 LPM - 60 Hz model # POGS-33 including its Feed air
compressor, micro booster and high volume boosterrovision of Oxygen Generation System. To secure the
required services, MINUSTAH will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly. The selected supplier is
expected to provide Service to MINUSTAH
2.0 Companies, interested to participate in the tender are requested to submit their Expression of
Interest (EOI) on 1 October 2015 or before the deadline, via e-mail to the address indicated above. The EOI
must include the following information:
-c Name of the Company

-c Phone & Fax numbers
-c E-mail address
-c Name and title of the contact person
-c Brief explanation on the background and experience of the Company including clients- references.
