The object of the contract is the provision of preventive maintenance and technical support services for EPMAS IT facilities for one (1) year with the possibility of renewal for one (1) additional year, and in particular the annual preventive maintenance and provision operation management and technical support services of the electromechanical installations of the central building facilities of EPMAS in Athens. More specifically, the services will include the following: 1. Twelve-month provision of operating services, management and technical support of E/M facilities, with the presence of qualified personnel to achieve their proper operation. 2. Twelve-month preventive maintenance of E/M Installations (materials, software) as described in the table A.1 of the Writing of Tender Obligations. 3. Monitoring of the BMS and KNX system and the photovoltaic system by specialized personnel on a 24-hour basis all days of the year and for all holidays throughout the contract. 4. Control and upgrade of the software/firmware, when deemed necessary for the good operation of the E/M installations, as well as the photovoltaic system. 5. Corrective maintenance of E/M facilities including elevators and BMU and technical support of their operation, with a time charge for the hours and specialties specialized in the Writing of Tender Obligations. 6.
