Tender Details

The provided services for the preliminary treatment of mixed household waste generated on the territory of the Municipality of Beloslav, through mechanical and biological treatment in an installation provided by the participant, include the following activities: reception of waste, preliminary sorting, separation of recyclablesemi waste that will be handed over for subsequent recovery and treatment, as well as separation of the organic fraction (through composting/fermentation processes). The annual amount of mixed household waste that is generated by living, commercial, manufacturing and other activities, by residents andof the municipality, amounts to about 3, 820 (three thousand eight hundred and twenty) tons/year, and the amount of mixed household waste will be 3, 700 tons/year. and the amount of packaging waste (paper, cardboard, plastic, metal and glass) up to 120 tons. When performing the services subject to the orderata, participants must comply with the requirements of the Waste Management Act, the Environmental Protection Act and the by-laws.

With the activities - subject of the order, the aim is to fulfill the obligations laid down in the European and national legislation to reduceand the amounts of deposited waste and increasing the amount of recyclable waste, as well as supporting the implementation of the objectives of the Municipality of Beloslav under Art. 31, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the ZUA.
