1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) for the needs of the District Office in Polkowice, including in particular the acceptance, movement and delivery of postal items and parcels and their possible returns in domestic and foreign trade, after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery or release to the recipient. The services constituting the subject of the contract will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366 from Mon. amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis. The services will be provided every day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays, in accordance with the Act of January 18, 1951 on non-working days (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 296) and in the case of an operator other than designated operator, providing intermediation services in the field of timely shipments (i.e. registered, registered letter items with acknowledgment of receipt, requiring the use of the modes indicated in Article 57(5) point 2 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, Article 12(6) point 2 of the Ordinance pod...
