1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the City and Commune Office in Sianow in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 2. The subject of the order includes in particular: a) the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering postal items (letters, parcels, courier items in each category) to any place in the country and to any place abroad covered by the Agreement with the Universal Postal Union; b) ensuring that the items are posted to the operator designated within the meaning of the Act of November 23 2012 - Postal Law; c) collection from the Ordering Party's registered office of postal items intended for posting and their transport from the Ordering Party's buildings to the post offices of the Contractor or designated operator, d) return by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of undelivered parcels after exhausting the possibilities of sending them delivery or release to the addressee in accordance with applicable law, e) providing the Ordering Party with confirmation of delivery of the shipments.3.
