The purpose of this framework agreement is the issue of personalized support checks, their delivery to the Main Treasury of Bourgoin Jallieu as well as the administrative management of the securities issued. Checks are used by beneficiaries social benefits from the C.C.A.S. for purchases in the areas of hygiene, food and maintenance. The holder benefits from exclusivity to cover the needs of the buyer concerning the services covered by the contract.
