Guarantee of Contract:
If the price proposal will more than 200 000 AZN including all costs, together with the bidding proposal, along with other documents specified in the main terms of the bid, the bond must be provided in the amount of 1% per cent of the price of proposal.
Contract fulfilment guarantee shall be provided in the amount of 5 % of the price of procurement contract.
The type and validity of the guarantee will be reflected in the main set of terms.
