Tender Details

The tender relates to the provision of personal care and practical assistance to Middelfart Municipality. The tender is carried out in accordance with the rules on the light regime, cf. Public Procurement Act §§ 186-189, where the Ordering Party is free to organize the procedure and approach. Given the content of the framework agreement, where the service is to be providedis delivered in the citizens' homes, and the communication takes place in Danish, it is not considered that the task has a clear cross-border interest, which is why no special requirements apply to the procedure for the purchase. The framework agreement includes the following efforts: • Personal care and assistance, cf. Service Act section 83, subsection1, no. 1 • Practical assistance, cf. Service Act section 83, subsection 1, no. 2 • Replacement at home, cf. Service Act section 84, subsection l • Delegated health care services, cf. Health Act • Clip card The offer does not include personal care and practical assistance for the residents of care homes, etc. cf. Section 19 of the Service Act2a, tenants in nursing home developments that are covered by the Act on public housing as well as subsidized private cooperative housing, etc. or Act on housing for the elderly and persons with disabilities, and tenants in similar housing units.
