Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF PAYAO
The Municipality of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 8240 (FY 2023) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱3, 324, 750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Payao with Solicitation Number 26-05-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magsingal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by August 08, 2026 (60 Calendar Days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
