PROVISION OF PALAY SEEDS TO LOCAL FARMERS
1) The Municipality of Agno, Pangasinan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP1, 950, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF PALAY SEEDS TO LOCAL FARMERS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Agno, Pangasinan now invites bids for PROVISION OF PALAY SEEDS TO LOCAL FARMERS.

3) Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
4) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
