The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES now invites bids for PROVISION OF OUTDOOR PWD COMFORT ROOMS shall include all management, labor, engineering materials, tools, equipment and services required to manufacture, assemble, deliver and install all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the said items of work.
