1. The subject of the contract is the provision of health care via the order reservation system or reservation service for a precisely agreed date (time and day) and provision of ordering services related to the provision of health care for employees of the National Banky Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as employees). It is a set of complex management activities in the provision of health care and services related to the provision of health care so that when solving health problems, employees are examined in medical facilities as efficiently as possiblemore easily and with the greatest possible time savings. The medical facility accepts requests from employees for the provision of health care and ensures that they are processed in its own or contracted medical facilities. Based on the nature of the employee's request, he makes reservations for the dates of providing the ID cardgeneral care in medical facilities.
2. The applicant will ensure general and specialized health care, including the provision of a preventive medical check-up with a general medicineara and at a specialist.
