Description : 1. The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites interested companies to express their interest and provide the requested supporting documents to demonstrate their eligibility to participate in the upcoming bidding exercise for the provision of Operations and Maintenance of Engineering Services and Minor Alterations/Renovations Services at UNAMA Compounds, Afghanistan (EOI/24/2019). 2. UNAMA required the services of specilaized companies to provide: a. Engineering Operations and Maintenance Services (Engineering Services) at its compounds, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Engineering services will be required at the following locations in Afghanistan: Kabul Jalalabad Kandahar Mazar-i-Sharif Gardez Kunduz Bamyan The Engineering Services include but is not limited to: Air Conditioning & HVAC Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Welding & Metal Works Painting Building Maintenance b. Minor Alterations/Renovations Services on "as and when required" basis at above referred seven (7) locations and two (2) additional locations i.e. Maimana & Puli-Khumri, Afghanistan. Minor Alterations/Renovations Services include but is not limited to alterations, renovation and modification of infrastructure facilities and buildings as periodically required.
