The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced companies to provide operational support services at its headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand.The required services include the provision of personnel, relevant equipment, and tools necessary to support ESCAP operations in the following areas:1. Conference Management Services: Conference Technology Assistant2. General Services: Logistics Assistant3. Host Country Related Services: Visa and Tax Privileges Processing AssistantLocation: United Nations Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok, ThailandContract Duration: The initial contract period will be for three (3) years, with the possibility of two (2) extension options of two (2) years each. Please note that any contract extension will be at the sole discretion of ESCAP and subject to contractor's satisfactory performance, availability of budgetary resources, and evolving operational requirements of the organization.Please note that this EOI is not a solicitation. ESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any stage of the EOI and/or solicitation process.
