This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified, experienced, and certified vendors to provide comprehensive technical support, maintenance, and enhancement services for MOCI-s enterprise systems over a five-year period. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering end-to-end application and infrastructure support, proactive monitoring, incident resolution, preventive maintenance, system enhancements, and expert consultancy in emerging technologies. The engagement will require a dedicated onsite team of seven (7) full-time core resources with the flexibility to temporarily replace any of these positions with specialized roles when specific needs arise. This ensures that MOCI has continuous access to the right expertise at the right time, without disruption to ongoing operations. Through this contract, MOCI aims to: • Guarantee high availability and optimal performance of its critical systems. • Ensure rapid incident resolution and proactive problem prevention. • Leverage data analytics, AI, and automation for better decision-making and service delivery. • Maintain compliance with Qatar-s cybersecurity and data protection regulations. • Continuously improve the systems to meet evolving business needs and technology standards. This RFP outlines the scope of services, general requirements, service level expectations, resource qualifications, and contractual terms that will govern the delivery of these support services.
