An option is provided for an additional thirty (30) months, i.e. an amount of €4, 731, 971.40 plus 24% VAT, with the same terms and prices, with a reasoned decision of the Board of Directors of DUEAR received prior to the expiration of the original contract. The exercise of the option does not constitute a modification of the contract within the meaning of articles 132 and 337 of Law 4412/2016. The total estimated value of contracts for all Departments (including the option) amounts to nine million four hundred sixty-three thousand nine hundred and forty-two euros and eighty minutes (€9, 463, 942.80) plus VAT or €11, 735, 289.07 including 24% VAT. 1.
