Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Provision of One Backup Generator for Tal Abaid Office.

CHF is seeking for a qualified company/ service provider to provide one generator to CHF office in Tal Abaid, Al Raqqa governorate, Syria.

CHF International is not required to conduct discussions or dialogue, or request revisions with any or all offers. However, CHF International may decide to discuss or obtain additional information and/or request revisions from only one offer or any number of offers in accordance with CHF policies and procedures. All eligible Providers and Vendors that are qualified and are technically competent for the supply of generators and services in the price list schedule as per various categories provided are invited to submit their proposals.

Requirements:

· When requesting the RFQ documents, please state the title of the RFQ in the email subject line SY-COSTA-PC-19-105 Provision of one backup generator for Tal Abaid office

· Please include your WhatsApp number, so we can inform you about any updates, changes or new information regarding the RFQ

· When requesting the RFQ documents, state the Company/ supplier name and signature in the email message.

· Questions about this RFQ should be sent no later than Thursday 12:00 pm (Syrian Local Time) on 23 May 2019 to the following email address: Procurement@chfinternational.org
