United Nations is seeking information regarding the provision of Air Transportation Services under "on-call" or Standby arangement for Fixed-wing Jet aircraft for a period of one (1) year with optional additional one (1) year in support of United Nations Assitance Mission in Afganistan, which could be activated as and when required from Air Operator's Main Operations Base (MOB) in home country more detail available at https://www.unmissions.org/.2. "On-call"/Stand-by concept definition: The United Nations is exploring interest in establishing long-term contracts with one or more Air Operators that would define the terms and conditions under which the contracted vendors would provide Air Transportation Service as and when requested by the UN.
