Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of offsite SAP ECC 6.0 End User, Technical and System Support Services for FICO, MM, HCM, BASIS and ABAP Modules.

Brief scope of work
1. The Contractor shall be required to provide offsite support services of PB-s SAP ERP application
system, which includes but not limited to end user support, application enhancement, customization,
system configuration, system support and maintenance, and user training.
2. The Contractor is required to provide the required personnel that will manage the overall support
function for PB and also play the pivotal role in assessing, guiding and advising PB on its various SAP
projects and tasks.
3. The Contractor shall also be required to implement an enhancement pack (EHP) software upgrade for
each of the SAP system.
4. The Contractor is expected to coach PB SAP In-House team to manage the system effectively and
efficiently as well as reduce costs, improve service levels and overall functionality of the business
through this engagement.
5. The Contractor shall provide expert guidance in PB-s SAP strategy and project initiatives.
