The Vehicle Is Parked In Violation Of The Traffic Rules In Places Marked With A Road Sign Warning Of The Forced Movement Of A Parked Vehicle, As Well As When It Creates A Danger Or Makes It Impossible For Other Road Users To Pass, As Well As In Cases Ofwhen It Is Improperly Parked In A Specially Designated Area Intended For The Parking Of Vehicles Carrying Handicapped Persons. Forcibly Displaced Vehicles Are Transported To Specialized Criminal Parking.
