Tender discription :The works comprise the provision of Maintenance Services for the Sulphur Handling Facility consists of existing No1 SHF which produce Sulphur Pellets and forthcoming No2 SHF as part of Bapco Modernization Program BMP expected commission tentatively in 2023 which will produce Sulphur Granules. The SHF receive liquid Sulphur from upstream Sulphur Recovery Units SRU and convert it into Solid Sulphur Pellets and Granules. The No1 & 2 SHF mainly consists of Liquid Sulphur Storage Tank systems Sulphur Solidification Units Pelletizer and Granulation Belt Conveyor systems for Sulphur Handling and Storage Sulphur storage stockpiles Sulphur Truck Loading systems Reclaimers Conveyors Silos Weighbridges etc Utility systems and other associated equipment The production capacity of No1 SHF is 1000 MT per Day and No2 SHF is 1200 MT per Day.
