Description : .0 1.0 UNAMI seeks to engage services from a qualified vendor with capacity to provide Cleaning and Janitorial Services to UNAMI Compound in Kheitan, Kuwait (approx. 11, 300 m2) which includes internal cleaning and janitorial services for offices, accommodations, stores/warehouses, recreation areas, car parks, guard houses, transport workshops, toilets and internal walkways, green areas, garbage and refuse removal from offices, maintenance of the grounds all on a daily or periodic basis basis while pest and vector control on a monthly or as and when required basis. The Contractor shall provide all supervisory, management and cleaning personnel with requisite experience, education, ability and resources to plan and organize cleaning services operations for UNAMI facilities as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). 2.0 The effective date of the contract implementation shall be 01 November 2018, with full capacity mobilization required in place and ready to perform the Cleaning contract duties as per SOW instructions and the contract agreement. The contract duration shall be valid for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds and at UNAMI's discretion. 3.0 The service should be executed by qualified and experienced company, based on Scope of work (SOW), Specifications, Plans, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided later on by UNAMI to...
