HEE is supporting the national AHP workforce programme to set out the action needed to improve supply and retention of AHPs and their deployment and development across professions and geography. This will ensure that by 2024, we have the right AHP workforce with the right skills in the right place ...ughly explores the issues around AHP (Podiatry) supply, to build sector understanding and appreciation of the developing routes into podiatry and to constructively challenge the status quo driving for 21st century solutions. The overall aim is to increase supply of those entering the profession. More... HEE is supporting the national AHP workforce programme to set out the action needed to improve supply and retention of AHPs and their deployment and development across professions and geography. Podiatry has been identified as one of the vulnerable professionals in that recruitment to undergraduate programmes is insufficient to meet the demands of service.
