NHS England is seeking to appoint a delivery partner to manage and deliver the NHS Youth Forum. This service supports NHS England in fulfilling its statutory duties for public involvement (Section 13Q), ensuring that the voices of children and young people (CYP) are meaningfully embedded in the design, delivery, and improvement of health services. In line with the ambitions set out in the 10 Year Health Plan, NHS England is committed to strengthening participation and empowering young people and communities. The NHS Youth Forum provides an inclusive platform for young people to share lived experience, inform national policy, and influence healthcare services. The appointed supplier will be responsible for: • Delivering and managing the NHS Youth Forum; • Facilitating engagement, consultation, and longer-term research with CYP; • Supporting a diverse and representative membership; • Producing relevant content and outputs; • Coordinating attendance and support at in-person events; and • Enabling effective collaboration with NHS England, DHSC, and wider system partners. These activities ensure that CYP voices are actively heard, valued, and reflected in national programmes and priorities, including wider government engagement. Contract Term and Value The contract will be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year.
