CA/CPC/0760 for provision of new fire protection system for building # 11, 12, 13, 14, 16 &

OA building No. 122 & 123 at MAA Refinery, to be announced after 30 days at least from the

date of this announcement to the following companies. KD 250 is required to be paid for appeal

requests with attachment of the receipt of deposit to the KNPC account

(KW40NBOK0000000000002036478746). while every concerned party whose name is not

mentioned in the list may appeal against the exclusion decision or submit a request to

participate in the tender supported with the supporting documents to Mr. Chairman of the

Higher Procurement Committee for the Tenders of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its

Subsidiaries within 30 days from the date of this announcement at the HQ of KPC - Head
