This is with a possbility of extension up to additional 2 years, one year extension per year. The objective of this procurement is to engage a qualified Vendor for the rental, installation, and maintenance of MFDs, including the provision of consumables and support services, to meet the operational printing requirements of WHO/WPRO and WR/PHL.The current Long-Term Agreement (LTA) is expiring on 30 June 2026, and there is a need to establish a new service arrangement to ensure continuity of printing, copying, and scanning services. Historical usage data, confirmed equipment requirements, and technical specifications have been consolidated to inform this requirement.
