PROVISION OF MULTIDISCPLINE MANPOWER SERVICES AT QatarEnergy

Scope of Work/Description: QatarEnergy intends to conduct a Pre-Qualification (PQ) exercise to identify and shortlist potential Bidders for participation in the upcoming tender for the Provision of Multidiscipline Manpower Services. The scope of services to be provided by the Contractor includes the recruitment, hiring, and mobilization of multidisciplinary personnel, comprising Senior and Junior Staff. These personnel will perform services under the direct supervision of QatarEnergy on a continuous and/or call-off basis throughout the Contract duration of sixty-five (65) calendar months, starting from the Effective Date of the Contract. Essential Qualification Criteria, Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement: - The Applicant shall executing (or be currently executing) contracts exclusively related to manpower supply services, with an annual contract value exceeding QAR 15 Million with corresponding magnitude of personnel, supported by documentary evidence demonstrating the applicant's capability and experience in delivering similar scope and magnitude.
