Scope of Work/Description : 1,, Contractor shall provide mud chemicals, mud engineering services, Contractor Personnel, Contractor Items, equipment and each and every item of expenses necessary for QatarEnergy's Onshore Operations, on call off basis. 2,, The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1,, Provision of mud engineering services. 2.2,, Provision of specialist Contractor Personnel, skilled and unskilled labours, tools and equipment. 2.3,, Provision and maintenance of Qatar based support facilities. 2.4,, Provision of mud chemical materials and consumables. 2.5,, Provision of transportation, storage and safe handling facilities for the materials and/or equipment supplied by Contractor. 2.6,, Provision of laboratory services. 2.7,, Provision of documentation and Contract dossiers 3,, Contract duration for the Services shall be sixty-four (64) months from the Effective Date including four (4) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
