Scope of Work/Description : 1. CONTRACTOR shall provide mud chemicals, mud engineering services, Contractor Personnel, Contractor Items, equipment and each and every item of expenses necessary for QatarEnergy's Offshore Operations, on call off basis. 2. The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1,, Provision of mud engineering services. 2.2,, Provision of specialist Contractor Personnel, labours, tools and equipment. 2.3,, Provision and maintenance of Qatar based support facilities. 2.4,, Provision of mud chemical materials and consumables. 2.5,, Provision of transportation, storage and safe handling facilities for the materials and/or equipment supplied by Contractor. 2.6,, Provision of laboratory services. 2.7,, Provision of documentation and Contract dossiers 2.8,, Additional Services, if required, from Contractor's Price Book (General/ Middle East Price List) 3.,, Contract duration for the Services shall be sixty-four (64) months from the Effective Date including four (4) months for initial mobilization and inspection
