Scope of Work/Description: QatarEnergy requires this contract to maintain, upgrade, support, and enhance its hybrid Primavera software environment, which includes both on-premises and cloud-based Oracle Primavera components. These platforms are essential for project and portfolio management, risk analysis and support QatarEnergy's strategic goals of continuity, optimization, and effective utilization. The contract includes: License Renewal & Provisioning: Renewal and supply of licenses for Primavera P6 EPPM and Risk Analysis. The legacy on-premises Primavera Risk Analysis module will be replaced with a cloud-based solution in line with Oracle's product lifecycle. Software: The contractor shall supply, configure, and maintain all software components listed in the contract. This includes ensuring compatibility, operational readiness, and compliance with QatarEnergy's infrastructure and security standards. All software must support least-privileged user access and be monitored for license usage. The contractor is responsible for resolving any setup or configuration issues at no additional cost. Maintenance & Support: The contractor shall provide full maintenance and support services to ensure all licensed software remains functional and operational. This includes corrective services based on severity levels, adaptive maintenance such as upgrades, patches, and release management, and coordination with Oracle Cloud Support for post-migration issues.
