③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
