1. The subject of the order is the provision of mobile telephony services and wireless data transmission services, along with the supply of SIM cards for the needs of the Central IT Center. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party specifies the basic scope and scope optional (additional), the use of which is not the obligation of the Ordering Party and depends on its current needs. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 2. The basic order includes: 2.1. testimony mobile voice communication, SMS and MMS text communication services and wireless data transmission for a maximum of: 1, 850 VOICE numbers owned by the Ordering Party from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, subject to the possibility of limiting the scope of the order by the Ordering Party in accordance with point 3; 2.2. provision of mobile Internet access services in GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies for a maximum of 90 numbers with a DATA subscription held by the Ordering Party from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, subject to the possibility of limitations on the scope of the order by the Ordering Party in accordance with point 3;2.3. provision of services consisting in the implementation and commissioning of...
