Brief description of the subject of the order 1.1 provision of telecommunications services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party for a period of 36 months (or until the funds provided for the implementation of the Agreement are exhausted), but not earlier than from March 1, 2026. The provided telecommunications services are to provide, among others: voice communication (outgoing and incoming domestic, international and roaming calls), text (SMS), multimedia (MMS), data transmission and access to Internet resources. Implementation services will be provided through the use of mobile terminals owned by the Ordering Party and new SIM cards provided by the Contractor (without additional costs on the part of the Ordering Party in the event of changing the current operator) or SIM cards held by the Ordering Party (in the case of selecting the current Contractor). 1.2. ensuring access to the mobile telephony network covering 97% of the country's area, including in all buildings occupied by the Ordering Party in the country, on a level enabling the free execution of voice calls (outgoing and incoming domestic and international calls), taking into account the impossibility of ensuring communication in every place due to the occurrence of obstacles beyond the control Contractors. 1.3. delivery of -1, 684 SIM cards to the Ordering Party's headquarters, 1.4. grouping all mobile numbers into one corporate network, 1.5. providing technical support and supervision over the implemented order...
