Provision of mobile electronic communication services for the needs of DA DRVVZ Provision of electronic communication services through a public telecommunications mobile cellular network according to the GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G standard with national coverage by a licensed operator and performing specialized supplies and services related to this activity. The scope of the order is according to the Technical Specification and includes the provision of a digital mobile phone connection according to the GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G standard, together with a certain package of additional voice and other services enabling the implementation of mobile communications in the operator's network, as well as connections to other mobile and fixed networks on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad for DA DRVVZ subscribers. The provision of telecommunications services is intended for a minimum of 375 pcs. active SIM cards, of which: 309 pcs. for mobile phone services used by DA DRVVZ employees; 7 pcs. for SMS and MMS messages; 59 pcs. data transmission, mobile Internet access, including for security cameras. As of the opening date of the present procedure, according to Art. 6, para. 3 of the Organizational Rules of the State Agency "State Reserve and Wartime Stocks", the total number of personnel in the organizational structures and administrative units of the agency is 468 full-time employees, including the chairman of the agency.
