Abstract: The proposed contract is for mechanical maintenance services across non-school sites with a mix of both planned maintenance as well as reactive works involved.This includes regular planned preventative maintenance, statutory testing and inspection.The supplier will need to operate a 365/24/ helpdesk to answer telephone calls contactable via a dedicated number and/or provide a dedicated email address and/or direct on-line access portal access to respond to call outs.The contract duration is for 3 years.
