1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 5% CALAMITY FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php557, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Meals & Snacks, Flowing Coffee and Picka-Picka to be served during various DRRM related training. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for Provision of Meals & Snacks, Flowing Coffee and Picka-Picka to be served during various DRRM related training. Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents.
