• The winning bidder shall provide utensils, tables, chairs and labor for the job called for.
• Payment shall be made on staggered basis as per activity conducted.
• Late delivery may result in penalties in accordance with government regulations.
• The contractor shall follow the specified menu.
• The client reserves the right to reduce the contract price if the job is found to be unsatisfactory.
