Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Provision of Meals and Snacks / Refreshments for Trainings, Meetings, Workshops and/or Assemblies for various MPDO Plans and Programs for CY 2026 through Framework Agreement
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 459, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks / Refreshments for Trainings, Meetings, Workshops and/or Assemblies for various MPDO Plans and Programs for CY 2026 through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0059-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) and single year Framework Agreement.
