1. The Municipality of San Jose, using a single year Framework Agreement through the GAD Fund - Gender and Social Inclusive Farmers Field School intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 256, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks for Gender and Social-Inclusive Farmers Field School on Rice and Onion Production through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0064-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
