Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROVISION OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR BHS NC II GRADUATION
1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 260, 000.00) being Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks for BHS NC II Graduation. Bids received in excess of the Approved for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Meals and Snacks. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
