Tender are invited for TITLEProvision of Maximo Data Cleansing Services BACKGROUNDThe Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) uses IBM-s Maximo Asset Management System (AMS) to support Lifecycle Materiel Management (LCMM) through the reporting and tracking of maintenance activities work orders, inventory and configuration changes. The AMS facilitates standardization and improves maintenance best practices. It provides complete information to all personnel involved in the execution of maintenance and to all levels of management for decision-making purposes. The CCG has adopted the NATO Codification System (NCS) whereby each item of supply is assigned a single unique Item Master identification number and the NATO Stock Number (NSN).Within the CCG, materiel identification services are provided by the Materiel Identification Center of Expertise (MICOE) which is under the functional authority of the Manager, Supply Chain Management.REQUIREMENTSCCG requires the standardization and validation of the existing AMS Item Master database.SECURITYSecurity Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 appliesMinimum Corporate Security Required: DOS - ReliabilityMinimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced ReliabilityPERIOD OF CONTRACTThe period of the Contract is from date of Contract to August 31, 2021 inclusive.Option periods:Period 1: September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022 inclusivelyPeriod 2: September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 inclusively
