Expression of Interest are invited for Provision for Maintenance of Industrialair-Conditioning Units for Office Building and Other Ancilliary Building Services on Pulau Muara Besar.
Brief Description of Work:
• Responsible for Regular Cleaning, Adding Refrigerants, Replacing Filter Screens and Maintenance of Faulty Air Conditioning Units.
• Responsible for Repairing of All Type of Air-Conditioning Units.
• Responsible for Routine Inspection and Preventive Inspection of the Condenser, Refrigerant, Filter Screen, Temperature Control, Compressor and Other Key Element of the Airconditioning
Units.
• to Submit Monthly Reports Detailing the Services Undertaken; Resources; Used, including Timesheets.
• to Comply with Hengyi-S Policies and Relevant Regulations in Brunei.
