Description: This contract is a framework agreement with minimum amount entered into pursuant to articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162- 14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders.

This framework agreement is broken down into two lots:

- lot nº 1 "Provision, maintenance and transport of the boxes of all the recycling centers with the exception of the Perpignan recycling center towards the outlets defined by PMMCU";

- lot nº 2 "Operation and management of the complex" waste reception center and common industrial waste transfer (DIB) transfer dock "in Perpignan. The framework agreement to purchase orders is concluded for a period of four years.
