IN ENGLISHThe United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) intends to launch a competitive bidding process for the provision of Mailchimp subscription.Examples of the expected deliverables:1. Subscription to Mailchimp Email Marketing Plans, in accordance with the Mailchimp online catalogue:- Standard Plan - approximately up to 40 subscriptions, with contact volumes ranging from 500 to 40, 000.- Premium Plan - approximately up to 10 subscriptions, with contact volumes ranging from 10, 000 to 250, 000.- Pay As You Go - one subscription.2. Additional Service:- Transactional Emails - approximately up to 2 subscriptions, with email volumes ranging from 5, 000 per year to 25, 000 per month.This competitive bidding process may lead to a contract award for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of one (1) period of two (2) years maximum (3+2), provided satisfactory performance of the contractor and availability of funding. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation.
