A. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE SECURITY SERVICE PROVIDER
I. The Security Service Provider shall have the necessary experience and expertise in providing security services.
II. Four (4) Security Guards with 8 hours shifting to complete the services of 24 hours for 7 days a week for Regional Program Management Office (RPMO) and 8 hours duty for 7 days a week for Cotabato City Cluster Office.
III. The security guards must be duly licensed, properly skilled/trained, of good moral character, psychologically, mentally and physically fit, and with the following minimum qualifications:
i. Filipino citizen;
ii. Must have completed at least high school graduate;
iii. At least 5'2" in height for male and 5'0” height for female;
iv. Are not less than 21 nor more than 50 years of age;
