Tenders are invited for Provision of legal case transportation service- Sulaymaniyah office

In order to implement the activities, INTERSOS office in Sulaymanyah, kindly requests your Company to provide us the best prices (VAT excluded, included all possible costs and warranties) for the services and works described as attached.

By providing your quotation, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

● The main purpose of this contract with the supplier to provide the service (legal case transportation) to the locations listed in the table above.

● The RFQ is not a financial commitment.

● Validity of the quotation is 12 months.

● Payment shall be made in IQD and in accordance with the selected supplier-s offer. No changes on the service fees will take place between the time of submitting the offer and signing the contract.

● If arithmetic errors were identified during the evaluation process, the unit price will prevail. If

there is ambiguity in the unit price, INTERSOS may decide to disqualify the offer

● If you are selected for this service, the time needed to be prepared to deliver the service shall not exceed two working days.
