1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Eight Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (Php 10, 804, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Learning Packets & Instructional Materials to Day Care Children, SY 2026-2027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Provision of Learning Packets & Instructional Materials to Day Care Children, SY 2026-2027. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
